Get your license key

Enter the email you bought MIDISketch with and we will send the key straight back to it. There is no account and no password: the email address you paid with is your identity, and the key is tied to it.

It arrives from noreply@midiscout.com, usually within a minute. Check spam if it is not there.

Moving to a different computer

You do not do that here. Open MIDISketch on the new machine, click Activate, and enter the same email and key. Your license covers two computers, and the plugin handles releasing an old one from the same dialog.

If nothing arrives

Give it five minutes and check spam first. If it still has not turned up, the address you are typing may not be the one the purchase went through with, which happens most often when a payment went through PayPal or Link with a different address attached.

Email support@eliotonic.com from any address, tell us roughly when you bought it, and a person will find the purchase and sort it out.

Never bought it and got a key anyway? Someone may have mistyped their address at checkout. Let us know at support@eliotonic.com and we will correct the record.
